   hi need help my starview 4 was flashed and it froze did not let me do nothing so i unplugged it now it comes on with nubers on front but nothing works help

   needs to be JTAG, you will need to get a JTAG kit,
   
   go to TMC via google and they sell the JTAG kit to fix the issue
