Hello, can anyone tell me how to get the narrator voice off a starview 4?

Every other channel seems to have the narrator explaining every thing that happens.

    It's driving me CRAZY!!

    Help?

try a factory reset 0000 to delete, auto scan your provider having made sure your coaxial cable is from wall to box,no splitters or extensions, and keycode to on and exit out.

Nothing funny about it mate press the audio button and you get a popup on screen choose alternate feed. He was trying to help you, if that doesn't work then try what kid suggests ;)

this problem is affecting most starviews...mainly starview 3 and starview 4.......on sv4 you simply press audio button on remote and go down..problem solved...on starview 3 you will have to delete channel and rescan manually....only way
