I have 2 problems with the starview 4. I installed latest software - everything works ok. However when I try to sort alphabetically the option is "greyed" out on the screen - I cant access it. Can this be fixed. The second problem is that I cannot record from my 1000g HD. Its very slow to recognise it when I access through the USB menu - but when I record nothing happens. Any Ideas?
In regard to your first question I think the answer's no. As for the second, what method are you using to try to record?
if you are in irl or using v1.10 i believe there is a bug in firmware causing recording problems,in uk v.1.07 still works.
