Hi - I've checked all the related threads but none of them are like the issue I keep getting.

I got my Starview 4 USB box from a reputable reseller (My last SV4 was a clone so 1st thing I did was check for the silver hood on my new one when it arrived - There wasn't one thankfully - It isn't a clone!)

I installed V1.10 firmware onto it, and did the 1570 secret code in the menu screen

The day later I lost S*y Sports 1 and 2 and S*y Classic Movies
so I did the fix and followed the instructions on the factory reset to the letter and hey presto, it was fine again.

Now the day later S*y Sports 1 and S*y Classic Movies has gone again, althought S*y Sports 2 is still there so maybe a glimmer of hope - With the footie season looming this is a serious issue!!! Can anybody help me please?

I'm in the North West of England

All you need to do is factory reset and rescan. I would advise you to stick with 1.07 in the UK.

Thanks Scouser - I did rescan and factory reset initially however I installed version V1.10 firmware. So version V1.07 will do the trick in my region will it?

Without jumping the gun, it seems to have worked, but the next 48-hours will tell if it's ok on V1.07 or not. Thanks for your assistance n have a good weekend
