    Hello

I am considering the above boxes. The starview is £89 eurovox £170. My only use for the eurovox is the HD i'd buy it if it had a dual tuner, but i feel it is too expensive for what it is. My rational is to use the money that would be spent on a starview to go towards the eurovox so i can watch the HD when it becomes available.

    Which is better?

as far as i know there is no starvview hd,or eurovox hd,dont know where you live if your in ireland on ntl you need to know that they are changing encryption from nagra 2 to nagra 3,so your your box will not work in a few weeks or months?(you will notice loss of channels if not already, untill there all gone, there is currently no fix, this may take months or maybe they wont find a fix)if your in the uk,you are ok for now.you may be better off getting a free to air box and dish(for the time being)you will have movies/sport/music/ kids/and all the uk channels,bbc1/2/3/4 itv1/2/3/4 ch4/ch5.over 100 channels and more, then when your box is gone, insert your cable input in to your video/dvd/dvd recorder, and tune it in(then you will have all 4 irish channels free)best of both worlds free untill you get a fix for your box.no hd on cable witha hacked box.but you will get bbc and itv hd on free view(as above)but you need an free to view hd box.hope i helped good luck.

would not buy a starview or eurovox. The lack of support they have shown to Ireland users say's it all. My opinion only tough.
