Hi, I am in the midlands and have a starview 4 usb, a few days ago ITV & Ch 4 came up "no signal" and stopped working, so I went to the all channels menu where there are loads of ITVs & Ch 4 that work. My problem is that I am unable to access "move & sort" in the Channel edit menu to move a working one of each to the entertainment menu. I tried a rescan but came back with the same problem. Any ideas would be welcome,Thanks in advance.
take a note of the freq of the ones that are working and delete the non working ones you cannot move them
