starview 5, every channel x 4???

hi all,
i used my box today and noticed i have 4 of every channel and only one or 2 of the 4 actually work so is there a way to wipe them off and start again without having to take off the firmware??

and my second question is, the firmware on my box is v2.02 and i have noticed there is v2.02 can any1 tell me what the difference is and should i update or not???

 

try a factory reset,0000 to delete,auto scan your provider and then keycode to on/enable and exit out.

 

sorry to sound dumb but how do i factory reset and will i have to re-enter the firmware???

 

he just told you, follow his instructions above, no you dont have to do anything with the firmware

and can anybody answer my 2nd question regarding firmware, should i upgrade from 2.02 to 2.03 or not and whats the difference???
