Starview 5 Interference, help plz

    hiya, i have a starview 5 the box ii usb, everything works great, all channels etc.. but yesterday bbc1, bbc2 & bbc news channel has loads of interference now, no other channel is affected apart from these 3, ive did a full reset, scan and its exactly the same, thnx for any help giving

    did you try your provider website to see if there was a problem in your area first ?????
