I've just attempted to set up my shiny new SV6 box but I've hit a few snags already. Does the box need to be connected to the net BEFORE it's updated or after? If it's before I have 2 problems. 1 The CD I got with the econnect home plugs doesn't work and 2 I only have one compatible plug at the back of the modem which the blue ethernet cable goes into. I need an extra plug for the cable from the home plug (do they do a double adapter?) Any thoughts/advice most welcome! TIA Susie
