    Hi Guys.

I have ran into an issue with my SV 7 over the last couple of days. It went off totaly on saturday and went to reboot. When rebooting I got an error code of C113 ,boot ,ucr, and then ---- comes up on the display. At no point does the box send any signal to the TV so basically I can not see it booting. tried all sorts of booting but no good,

I get I need to try and get a new Bin file onto it somehow which is somewhat difficult without display on the tv to access any USB port. I suppose this will need to be done via a console connection (not a problem). So basically what I am asking is, is there a bin file for the box so I can re flash.?? I know the older units this was possible but haven't seen it for the latest.

    thx in advance.

ni jtag for that box if that is what you mean send the bix back to supplier unless its a new clone just after coming onto the market which to be honest would not surprise me

Cheers for that. To be honest it could be a clone nit to sure. Brought from a pretty reliable seller in the Uk but
It was one if the first in the Uk. Is there a way of telling the new clones from a genuine one.
I guess they will not take the box back but will try. In the meantime is there no hope for this one.???

    Thx

Im only saying its possible that its a clone i dont defo know but your first point of call is to your supplier and get them on side that way you will know if they are going to take the bix back in the first place or not

if the box is faulty...it should be replaced if bought from a reliable source....but a reloading of firmware should resolve the issue...

    Thanks,

Do you have the fore mentioned firmware. I have spoke to my supplier and he has said send it back and he will look at it. To be honest the turn around time on this will be over a week so if I can sort myslef it would be better.

Is there a bin file out there i can upload via console do you know about it..

    thx again.

if a supplier is changing the box, send it back and change it, that way your getting a new box with extended on time if you get my drift
