Starview 7 down in the west midlands ?

Just noticed that i have lost all channels so i up graded to 1.04 to try that out but it just says "connecting" at the bottom ! anybody else having viewing problems tonight ?

 

I do not have a Starview but i have read in another forum that the server has gone down in a number of areas including midlands. maybe starview owners in your area can confirm or not.

Done it mate ! yeah seems like the server has gone down yet again ! they should have a server status page or somthing like that to show when there working on it etc

 

I think its against forum rules to promote other forums similar to this one you might want to remove them links from your post

 

Starview server has been down since 19:00 yesterday and still not back at this time as yet.

 

Starview server is back up and running.

Correct E45, mentioned but no links. People weren't getting up to date info on here & were
advised of info posted on other forums regarding SVU-server. Funny enough there were a lot
of posts on other forums regarding KVU boxes freezing & on-line up date not functioning. I
didn't see any advice on here regarding these issues. Personally I feel KVU is a far better
box but don't feel these issues should be swept under the carpet when they arise

 

yes but its agains the rules here to send forum member from here to other forums regardless there is plenty of info on here if people look or all they have to do is make a post etc simple.

But im not getting into a debate over this the amount of glitching or down time KV have against the starview is minimal and after all i dont see anyone on here with any sort of contact with starview giving reason why there server is down or what is happening with it and all the other forums are the same there is no different info from any of them except post after post of this is glitching that is glitching which should actually all be merged it would be the same here you could have 200 people all post at the same time my starview is glitching why is my starview breaking up etc they dont need to post or sign up as they can all read what it says all the info is here if they just use the search facility above

If everyone that came on here kept mentioning other forums there would be no members left here you dont see me mentioning any other forums do you no and never have links to where people can buy stuff they are not forums

Hope you're right, but SV server should issue statement when it's running & all SV users
should bombard website & complain about lack of information. Also advise members not to touch
a SV box

 

and where is starview website ?? bet ya wont find it as it dont excist its only a name same as all box manufacturers

 

they should have paid the ex for the kryptview much better than the sv7 i got 2 sv7 for the cartoons for the kids and they r off now and we are all fighting over the kryptview lol

still off here. 2 days now, not happy, surley stv must have a back up plan, i.e extra servers. people not happy, why are we waiting still..... come on get your fingers out,

 

its the card readers gone and thats what needs to be replaced, so, they are waiting on the parts to come from china, who are in their New Year celebration week, so nowt really comes out of there during this time, so unless they have the parts to hand, I would say, it could be a bit longer, takes approx 3 to 4 days to get part expressed out of china, but like I said if the dont have em on route now, yer looking at a few days more, at best estimate
