if its anything like its current model, give a wide berth, look around the forum for posts on the sv6 and the krypt, then make yer mind up

I think Starview really messed up with the Starview 6 (especially with the Irish market!!) I would not touch any of their products after that debacle.

when a manufacturer brings out a new box at the drop of a hat and others continue to support their own older boxs, gives a good indication of which you should look at and also as Sg8 mentions, the irish market was left high and dry, so take from that if you will

my intentions were to buy a kryptview but after a long chat with a good chap from a top seller doesnt seem such a gamble at the price he quoted me surely it makes sence for starview to produce something decent
