Hi my starview box got stuck on chanel 48 and the remote wouldnt work for anything so i unplugged it and plugged it back in and now i cant get any chanels back on to it , every time i do an automatic search it fails . Any ideas please. AL6
Make sure your EMU Key is on, to check this pres 'Menu' then enter 1570-look down the bottom to see if it is switched on.
It dont matter if the EMU key is on or off when scanning for channels Try this method Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on English > Installation Choose N*L etc Automatic Scan Press OK 176 Channels found Exit Menu 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
