Please help me.. I bought a STARVIEW BOX on the internet yesterday and i cant seem to get it to work. i have tried the parental guide followed INFO then 2004 and code 1570 but can't get into the secret menu as i have seen in other places. any help in this matter is much appreciated.
you need to flash your box to a diffrent firmware.the box when bought is on api 2.58 in system information.you must change the firmware to a new firmware to get to the secret menu.you need a null modem cable.gtrom loader v4.00 and a new firmware.you will need to buy the null modem in a computer supply shop about 16 euro or 10 pound.you can get the gtrom loader and new firmware online.
Have you got the latest software for the starview box?? and do you know if the replay box software ver 7.5 is compatable?
i can send you the firmware just pm me your email.and i dont think you can use starview firmware on a replay.it would probabley break it
