i would like to know if any1 can please provide the down frequency for viva as when i do a auto scn it is not pickin it up and i would like to attempt to do a mannual scan..
you could try a factory reset,this will clear any channels not working anf should find any new channels. press menu then factory setting, then put in your pin number(if you never had a pin try 0000)then choose language(english), then installation ,choose your provider (ntl,virgin,tw chorus)then auto scan. when auto scan is complete exit back to where it says installation and type in 1570(you will now see the hidden menu, go to the bottom and see emu switch emu to on by using the right arrow on the remote,now exit back to your tv and see if viva is there. note that after a factory setting your pin number will become 0000 by default(you can change that if you want)also your clock may need resetting and parental controlls also.i hope this helps you.
