starview cable box

hi all,
i have a starview box i was downloading the new 500e software and all i get now is what i am showing beside this message ----- .this are small green lines, has anybody any ideas.

5.00 was not tested so might have killed your box.is your box a clone

 

i think you are on the ball, i tried to load 4.00and that happened , so that will go for any boxes that have 5.00 on it .i have 2 more boxes (clones) did not know they were clones in the other rooms with 5.00 on them ,so has anybody any ideas to change back to 4.00.

if your box's are clones don't put 4.00 on them that will kill them.put 2.57 on them

 

i think if there are still lights it still works so try loading 2.57 a couple of times
