Starview Channels Gone in UK?

    Just had a call from my mum. She is in Bedfordshire and using a Starview 1 (Genuine) on V cable. She says that all TV channels are off but radio stations are ok. Is anyone else in UK experiencing the same? If so, are there any fixes / advice?

    probably just need to put in the new codes. vm changed codes 4 times last week.ur probably just receiving fta/ftv channels at the moment.

    i am having same problem can only get 2 movie channels, and when i put key provider in which is c/w it keeps going back to NTL even after pressing default key
