loaded the box with the reqied softwhere only reseaving three chanels enny one help me

 

I Have the same problem ?
had box working for past 3 month then lost bbc 1 and 2 so did a rescan and lost the lot now only getting 2 to 3 chanels at best what wrong with the box ?

 

not two sure me self just wondering whether i need a booster

 

did you factory reset first to delete non working ones and follow the guides for rescanning.

 

yes done that every time
is it posible i might need a booster
