Hi guys! PLEASE can someone help me! I did a factory reset of my STARVIEW 1 Box just now with the intention of retuning it. Did the automatic scan WITHOUT the splitter and it found 200 odd channels. Great I thought. So unplugged the cable and put it back in the splitter. Then I went through all the channels in favourites. Then when I went to check that all the channels work working there WERN'T! It seems ONLY the terrestrial channels are working no SATELITE channels! Please can someone tell me what to do? I went from having most of the channel to having NONE!
Have you turned Key Emu back on - Menu 1570 and OK on Nagravision go down to Key Emu and turn to on <>.
