Starview freezes and reboots

Hi

I have had a SV1 genuine box for around a year now and has worked perfect it was flashed in March with the latest flash which I believe is the most recent v1.5 400.

A few days ago it started freezing and rebooting and I cant change the channel the only thing I can do is activate the menus. I have tried a factory reset, flashed it with the same firmware and searched for channels. the connection feed is fine as it works on the original N*L box.

Has anyone else had the same problem or does anyone have a solution?

its fixable mate its just of soldering a 1000 to your main powerboard

 

Is it easy enough to do? I have a soldering iron.

Works a treat! I replaced the 1000uf v16 and everything is back to normal.
