Starview HD Combo and Satellite access

I have ditched my old starview usb box and brought a starview hd combo which is working fine, however I tried to move my satellite connection to the box from my old Technomate TM5400. All the channels are scanned but are still scrambled. As I didnt set up the Technomate in the first place what am I missing?

which chans are scrambled? Sat or cable?

 

The satellite ones, cable is working fine.

 

the box is not set up to unscramble other chans apart from FTA chans, you will need to load a cline to this box for that to work or thats all you get, is FTA chans

 

Pardon my ignorance but whats a 'cline'. I know the guy who installed the technomate loaded some software up and switched the box off and on for it to work

 

well its the same with this one, you will need to load up a similar file to this, perhaps contact the guy who done the Technomate for you as he seems to know what he is doing
