Starview lost channels

Hi Can anyone please help! I've done a factory reset on my starview box, however i can't view the channels with a dollar sign next to them. I have tried inputting the codes however i can't find my service provider in the secret menu which is telewest. Please Help!!

 

Have you turned the key emu on? Press menu, type 1570 and turn it on.

 

Yes i've tried that but it does'ny work

 

What does it say for your current codes? Press menu, type 1570 on remote,you will then enter the CAS screen. Press nagravision select your provider note the key data for both key00 and key01, to alternate between key00 and key01 use the < > on the remote. Tell me what it says please.

Ok im in front of the box now. Im in the secret menu and its showing lots of different service providers but not telewest. I need telewset??? Please help me!

 

It will show it as TW. Have you checked your key emu also?

 

Its not showing it. Its showing ntl, c&w etc but not tw

 

Strange it should are you scrolling through the provider names as TW is usually the first one.

 

Ok i've gone to set default key and the telewest service provider is now showing. Any ideas what i should do now as the codes i have input do not work.

 

Press menu and system info if you have version 4 or 2.57eE fixed with the key emu on it will automatically find the keys and descramble the channels for you, if not you need these codes.

Click SV EV Info link at the end of my post then click keys, there is a visual guide on how to manually input keys to help you.
