Starview lost programs

HI can anyone help my starview has lost some channels on N*T including racing channel what can I do to get them back

 

There has been a slight change of freq lately , Delete the channels that wont work and do a manual scan on 394.000 and 402.000 to get channels back , new channels will be found at the end of your list

when i try to do a manual scan any try to change frequencies to 394.000 the decimal dot is in the wrong place. please help

 

Just enter 394 it will appear like this at first 0.394,then when you have entered in the 394 just keep pressing 0 until it moves the 394 over to the left hand side of the decimal so it will read 394.000.

Hi. got the starview box working, but i also have a eurovox box which has several channels missing ,any idea how to fix it
