Starview - no channels

I have had a starview since Dec 06 and all has been good but tonight all channels are lost along with anyone I know that got the box around the same time as me. Signal is via NTL does anyone know of cause. I am hoping a re-load of same software will fix, but wsn't sure if channels going is a sign that a new disc (image ?) is required.
Has anyone else lost their signal ?
Is it the same initial disc that will revive ?
Do I need a new updated disc ?

 

have you tried a rescan , what did it say

 

It seems to be NTL at fault as their subscribed boxes are off too.

 

Re-scanned about 1 hour ago and all back in place ........... the world is once more a happy place ............ thx
