starview problem

Hi all, just wondering if there is anything that I can do to stop green ish lines and stutters on the screen of a starview. It's a new box 1st generation and never seen this problem before. Any help would be great. I have done all the usual factory reset etc. Thanks in advance

 

Ok you might need an update

Go to Menu > system information and tell us what API is installed
