starview setup

    Hello!!I have got the cable and downloaded the software needed to get my starview box working as told last week. I downloaded winrar too. but when i try to download the software to the GTRom loader "flash update fail.." comes up. could you please tell me what im doing wrong?? thanks

    Make sure the SV is on standby and try again , you might have to try a few times
