starview signal

hi all
box freezing usuall crap,signal down to 61% and up to 87%
is it the signal or lack of quality= freezing?

 

I don't think that there's much you can do about the signal etc unless anyone else knows otherwise,try switching it off at the back and leave it for a few mins then turn it back on and see how it is.
If it's still freezing on you NTL could be working on the connections in your area either way it should come right for you.

 

It could be the signal in your area , mine is perfect lol

No worries at all , I've been called worse

 

i did throw it out the window and it hit an ntl technician and was told that was a better box than we use,and to recycle the box properly!was thinking of supplying a mains feed to give me more power and that will make a live cable with a deadly signal.
why is my hair standing up on my head?
