Starview Super problem

    Help please
    My Starview The Box Super has just stopped working. Only now have Norm channels, tried to figure out for myself but no good. I'm sure i have latest fimware, tried rescan with no luck. How do i factory reset. do i need password ?.

    factory reset password 0000. then automatic scan. Then press menu, 1570, turn on the emu number and press ok on set default key. exit to sky sports 1 and wait while it updates the channel . hope this sorts out your problem

    No luck I'm afraid. When i go to factory reset and 0000 window comes up with press ok to quit or exit (is that right). Then continued as suggested. When scan finished and exit to Sports 1, updating % comes up untill it reaches over 100% then starts over but still no channels. Any ideas ?

    If you have the lastest firmware, after installing/scanning the channels, you need to turn on the secret menu (press Menu then 1570) and turn on the EMU, then exit out and select Sly Sports 1 to update.
