Can anyone point me in the right direction.Switched on box this morning everything normal, the box came up on tv screen, channel came up on screen but no picture,scrambled etc. Wanted to reset,factory settings,maybe changed codes etc,checked this not a problem. Tried to get menu up but handset would not get me in to menu, also would not change channels.Tested handset using camera method,seems fine. Is it handset problem or box problem.Appreciate any ideas.
could be the box and its IR sensor, if your remote is working proper, the IR sensor could be either knackered or loose, you can open the box and see if the IR sensor is still connected properly, Have a look at the Nagra 3 thread also, if your on that list and in red, save you going any furthur as your box is now redundant
Sorry for delay had to go out. thanks for the tip. Moved box and now seems to be ok, will leave for the mo while its working.Will check inside if it happens again.
