Hi all- was wondering if anybody be kind enough to help me out please? i have a genuine the box super has everything normal on it latest image on but won't find channels after scanning,all categary are visible i think the channels got deleted somehow if this is possible.is anybody willing to sort this box out for me for a price please at all? i have even tried putting the *eys in manually. i think theres something blown inside does any one know which bit it could be? i know these boxes are going cheap but it would be shame to through it away for a simple fix. thanks

Have you done a Factory Re-Set, and chosen your correct provider, also check the very obvious - That you have a LIVE cable feed going into the Cable Input socket. • Press menu and go to Installation, OK • Select correct provider i.e. NTL, C/W or TW • Then choose automatic scan OK • Once the channels are found, exit back to the blank screen • Press menu then 1570, • Go down to the bottom option and turn EMU to ON. • Now exit 3 times and go to S*y Sports and let it update.
