Hi i was wandering if anyone can help me, I have a starview box installed and when i got it i put my virgin box in the upstairs bedroom. I now need vir**n to come out to the house as we are getting vir**n broadband, do i need to take out starvie box and put the virgin box back downstairs, the cable my starview box in connected to from outside is on a splitter which was out there when i got the starview box will i need to gt rid of this too when they come?
Help would be appreciated thanks very much.

Should be safe enough to leave the splitter in place, but that very much depends on whether the bloke they send to do the b/band install is a suspicious type.
But the SV definitely needs to go out of sight, stick it in a wardrobe upstairs, and put your VM box back downstairs where it would have installed.
