Not all channels are 16:9. If you have a widescreen TV make sure the Starview is set to 16:9 to match. Most channels are 4:3 letterboxed.
hello i thank you so much for your help i am not very technical on these matters but i did what you said and put the machine on 16:9 but the outcome was the same. if you have any more ideas i would be very gratefull thankyou
You won't ne able to watch 4:3 channels in true 16:9, that's the way they're broadcast unfortunately.
