can anyone help me my starview box is showing what looks like a dollar sign on some channels and i cant watch then as it says scrambled or bad channel have tried all previous info and took it back this morning to get it upgraded as i didnt get a disc ect with it although i have ordered a disc and cable tried everything suggested on here and still no joy many thanks in advance
do you now what firmware you have on the receiver now do the following • Press menu (ignore what is on the screen) and press 1 5 7 0, this takes you to a secret menu, • Go down to emu and turn it on then go too one of the $ sign channel, & leave it on there, till the receiver updates itself,the picture should clear to start veiwing
