still getting runtime error

    i am still getting runtime error 53 when trying to start eazy vcd. all the aspi layers are installed and i restarted after installing them. question??? is there possibly a conflict with the automatic windows updates??? just a thought. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Try getting the patch from the site. If thats's not it and you have the newest version,try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
