still having problem backing up this dvd - what next please help

hi ,

i am trying to back-up this 2 dvd set that i bought from a private collector that was made from his footage . i have been trying to back this up and have tried everything that has been mentioned so far , i have tried dvd fab , anydvd with clone dvd 2 , dvd decrypter , dvd shrink , i have even tried to just copy the video ts folder to my hard drive with no succes , i have tried iso buster and eveything i could think of . when i open the disc i get 2 folder 's , one called video dr and one called video ts . i even tried to just add each video file and leave out the menu's which i think is the problem and i got the first file to copy but the 2nd one says it has a cycle reduncy error and would not copy , i am about to give up but thought i would ask one more time . i know you out there are way smarter than i am . thanks
