still need help

i am using nero burn program but i have not figured out how to burn dvd to paly back on tv dvd player. i can down load pics and videos from other devises and burn onto dvd -/+ r or rw. they will only play back on computer dvd player. i follow the steps but i am missing something?? Thanks for suggestions and help in advance! DVDUMB!

 

Here's a guide for Nero: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/272946 Another program you could look at is VSO ConvertXtoDVD, it does all you need in 1 step, excellent quality, speed and easy to use but the trial does put a watermark in your video.
