Storing or archiving video files for memory management???

    What do people do w/all there video files after projects are done? These .avi files take up tons of space. Do you only archive the completed projects? I feel I've got way too much on my hard-drive. What's best for managing and archiving projects. Do they store compressed onto media? I've got a bunch of 2gig orb discs I can archive to, but wondering what's the norm so this stuff can be retrieved later if needed? Thanks

    When i put my video files to VCD i just delete them.
