hope somebody can help me out on this its wrecking my head. ok so ive just backed up midnight club 3, all went well used flashfxp then craxtion patched the game then burned through dvd decrypter on to a ritek dvd-r. loaded the game into my xbox came up no disc, so changed a few settings on evox still no joy, so i sed a different sort of ritek dvd-r disk burned at a faster speed and it worked! ive got a phillips drive does anydody know what is the best media to use cause the riteks seem to work sometimes but not others. i havnt tried using +r anybody any idears? cheers
I had the same problem with the Ritek G04 media. I burned the game again on a Verbatim DVD and it workes good. I do think that the media that you are using sucks. I throu away all my riteks they suck.
I actually use the least recommended brand for burning games, Memorex DVD+R discs. They have worked flawlessly in both of my 1.6 Xbox's. You should either try a different brand or try DVD+R media.
