Does anyone know of an application that would allow myself and my friend to listen to each other's music, as they play it, streaming in real time? I'd rather not use something like Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger as the quality is poor and/or laggy. Thanks very much for any and all help. LZ
Would it not be easier to send the music via messenger or something like that? or Could I assume that your music you would like to stream is of a LIVE nature? (DJ/Band Performance) If so, windows media encoder can do what you want, and your friend could connect to your live stream via your I.P address. WME would encode your performance on the fly, while your friend can listen, with very little lag depending on the spec of your PC/Mac and internet connection. If this is what you want to do, let me know and i could maybe write a quick tutorial for you. Good luck
