Streaming music thru out the house...Help

Hey all,
Thanks in advance for any help. Here is my dilemma. I'm a subscriber to rhapsody.com but their stream rate is at 128kbps and the songs come thru a little staticky over the speakers throughout my house. I've read that Napster has a faster rate, more along the lines of 192kbps. Would this make a difference or am I missing the boat. I have top of the line bose speakers so it can't be that problem. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
