Hello all! My apologies as I'm sure you get a lot of this, but would somebody mind taking a look at this error log and possibly point me in the right direction? I am a Nerocmd Noob, and I've struggled to find decent examples of using the program. Let's start with the basics. The 5C80********************** is your serial number. I have enough free numbers so you should edit it from your post(click the pen and paper icon at the top right of the post. lol You have Nero 7 installed but you did not clean out Nero 6. So that is what is being used. Run the clean toolsfor 6 and 7. http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-cleantools.html Stable version of Nero 7. http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/tech/?1901 Last version of Nero 7. http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero7-update.php Stable version of Nero 6. This one will work automatically with DVD Shrink. http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_burning_rom/tech/?539 There is also a firmware update (SB06) for the burner. http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=2265 Post back if there are still problems.
