Stuck pixel on a plasma

    Hi all,

    I have an LG PK590 and have had this set for about 6-8 weeks now. I have noticed on the screen there is one pixel which is stuck on a dark purple colour.

    I have tried a few youtube pixel fixers after having set my TV so I can use it as a monitor and this has not fixed the stuck pixel.

    Can anyone recommend a good fix for stuck pixels?

    sounds like the set is under warranty?if so,the worst thing you can do is try to fix it yourself.take it to the nearest warranty depot.

    Oh it most definitely is but for just 1 stuck pixel? I thought it had to be 5 at the least?

    If in doubt.... call place where you bought it from and ask them about it. I think that would be the best and faster way to get an answer.
    Also you have a warranty for any problems on your tv, no matter how big or small. The pixel problem is still a problem and if still under warranty it should be either fixed by the dealer or replaced.
