Hey folks, I looked around and didn't see any threads quite along this line. Forgive me if I overlooked. I like to convert OGMs to AVI so I can make DVDs, of course. The problem is that subtitles aren't appearing in the AVI's I convert from OGM. I should mention now that the subtitles were not "in" the OGM, but were included in the folder with the OGMs. If it makes any difference, I'm using XP Home. I also use K-Lite Codec Mega Pack. Here's what I'm doing. Demux the OGM in OGMDemuxer. Convert the soundtrack to Lame MP3 with DBPoweramp. Drop the demuxed AVI video into VirtualDubMod. Add the MP3 soundtrack Select TextSub and add the SSA subtitle. Select XVid for compression Make sure everything is in "Full Processing Mode" Save the file and wait... I have also attempted different combinations of the process using AVIMux as well, but still no luck. The most frustrating thing is that this process worked on all the videos of the same type that I downloaded in the same folder until now. Suddenly, the last half of them aren't working that way.
