Subsidy code for V3 & V551

    I bought 3 phones for familly in england 2 v3's & 1 v 551, and they weren't able to unlock them.
    Please let me know how to.

    It's will cost about $35 to $55 to get remote unlock on ebay with 85% success rate due to scammer.
    Buy a smart unlocker, unlock them all and the resell it on ebay, or keep it and offer unlock service for other people to recover the cost.
