MAybe someone can help me; I ripped 2 dvd's with decypter. Then i reauthored with dvd shrink for just the movie for each one. With one of the movies, I left the subpicture language on. Then i put both movies through tmpgenc to add a menu. Then i used dvd shrink to compile and burn it. But then I noticed that subpicture wasn't highlighted even though i encoded it. Can someone tell me why and how can i fix that?. thanks.

I'm gonna take this thread to expose my own subtitles problem. This way people having diferent subtitle problems may find the solutions here.

    My problem is slightly diferent:
I've ripped 2 DVD's using DVD Shrink 3.2.0.7, with English sound and only ONE subtitle language. When I watch the movie on my PC, the subtitles are there. On the other way, when I watch the movie on my standalone Sony DVD player I can't get the subtitles to show up.

I've tryed to use ifoedit to change subtitles font and color, but the problem remains.
I don't know if DVD Shrink has some problem dealing with DVD containing only one subtitle language or something.

    Any ideas?

Try rip with another program (e.g. Decrypter), then reauthor with e.g. Nero Recode.
