hi i hope this is in the right place.... i have converted a divx file to dvd using convertxto dvd..no drama there but this particular movie has subtitles. i added them where they are supposed to go and hit go. the problem is in the playback...the movie is there and so are the subtitles...but when the subtitles come in the screen goes black...then the movie ...no subs... then black screen and the subs appear !! its either movie or subs...i cant get them together, and cant figure why this black screen and only subs appear..doing my head in ! if anyone can hepl me get this to work properly i would be really grateful. many thanks
If it's .srt files, try FAVC. It allows subs and a menu. It's free-ware that uses the likes of AviSynth and ImgBurn to create the DVD. There is no installation required (except it uses Net Framework) - just run the FAVC application file. http://www.videohelp.com/tools/FAVC
