Hi, I have been using Santa for quite a while now and I am very happy with it. I am using build 6001 of version 4. Lately though I have had some issues with converting an XVID / AVI file. When I try and load the file in to Santa I get prompted with "DVD Santa found an associated subtitle file, do you want to use it". I dont want subtitles, so I click "no". Once the conversion process completes, I then burn the file to DVD. When I play the DVD disk back on my stand alone player, the subtitles come up on the TV anyway! and it's impossable to turn them off via the DVD player. Anyy suggestions on what is causing this issue and how I can get around it. The picture quality and the audio are first rate, but I hate subtitles! - I dont really want to replace DVD Santa.
