Hi we have had a superbox for some time now but find we are unable to get some of the channels we were receiving before - we have done the scan bit etc but with little success - do we need some sort of new code Heeellllpp
if your on virgin try a factory setting, press menu,go down to factory setting,press ok,enter your pin(if you never used a pin, the default pin is 0000)then language english,installation,choose your provider(virgin/ntl etc)then go down to auto scan. when scan is complete press exit back to installation. with installation highlighted type 1570 with your remote.the secret menu should open, go down to emu,use the right arrow button on the remote to change emu to on,press exit back to tv.with any luck your missing channels have come back. the cable providers do play games and move channels about or switch off whole transponders(which can carry as many as 10 channels if not more)which is why you can be missing so many channels.a factory setting will fix this most times,however the cable providers will be changing their encryption to nagravision 3(there is no hack for this) but there are alternatives, you can find these out by reading through the (list of updated threads)section,i hope your box is ok mate best of luck.
