Supercard micro sd SNES help

i got a supercard os one with a 4 gig sd hc micro card and i put snemulds (latest and old versions) and when i play a game nba jam for example i cant see the menu just the background and when im playing there 2-3 white lines in going through.

another example is raiden when i start playing there is a big orange circle in the middle of the screen.

it happens with all games, ive used other emu's but same i think its the background layers or something in the options. Anyone no why this is happening?
