I was sent a 15" monitor after ordering a 17" promo monitor. I have sent 4 emails asking for either a reduction in the amount I was charged or a RMA, I have not received a single response. They have eliminated their phone service and there is no other way to contact them.
Contact the Better Business Bureau, that is how I got my RMA problem solved with them. After one month of sending, resending the required info, including a photograph of the part in question, they still hadn't replied until I filled out a complaint with the BBB. One week later I had my correct memory module. Good luck and keep us updated. BBB issues Reliability Reports on all businesses, whether or not they are BBB accredited.
